Very Impressive Office & Staff . I was not surprised that I had a slight delay getting into exam on scheduled time as the office is very well staffed & also very busy , enough so as one would expect of the best possible office ! The personnel were extremely efficient , courteous & left no feeling of a person being rushed through a process to keep factory floor moving along., I enjoyed every moment in this establishment . I am an acknowledged efficiency expert , having had my work reviewed by a sitting board member for The Deming Award ; yet even I was impressed greatly at the exact balance of courtesy combined with efficiency. I heartily recommend this office that is conveniently located just about six miles west of downtown Las Vegas on W. Flamingo @ Hualapai ! Anyone needing vision care would be most fortunate to have a visit with these fine people. The best and first licensed ( In Nevada ) low vision expert is also conveniently located here .
