How does it do this?  By placing the hard portion of the lens over the center of the eye to ensure clarity of vision and surrounding it with a silicone hydrogel skirt (the soft portion) to provide comfort.  Key features inside the Duette lens include a moisturizing treatment, permeable surface to keep eyes breathing healthily, harmful UVA and UVB ray blocking materials, and a shape specifically designed to keep dirt out from infiltrating the lens.
