How to put on and take off contact lenses: ACUVE® Brans

Patience is a virtue. A first-time contact user may have a difficult time putting on and taking off his or her contact lenses, but practice makes perfect.

This video provides some helpful tips for applying contacts:

1.     Always wash and dry your hands before touching lenses or eyes.

2.     Start with the lens for your right eye.

3.     Scoop your lens out of the case.

4.     Follow the instructions for your lens solution.

5.     Put the lens on your fingertip; make sure it’s not inside out!

6.     Pull your lower lid down with the hand holding the contact and use your other hand to pull your upper eyelid up.

7.     Apply the contact onto your eye.

8.     Blink a few times and look around to center the lens.
