The Yesnick Vision Center offers you the complete eye care experience: from the latest in name brand frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses; to ocular and medical care. Dr. Yesnick is the only optometrist, board certified to treat Glaucoma, in the entire Summerlin area, and one of only thirteen in the state.
An ophthalmologist is a surgeon and will check ocular health, but typically does not prescribe glasses or contact lenses. An optometrist, on the other hand, generally offers eyewear, but will refer out any medical ocular condition. Either way, you have multiple doctor visits and co-payments.
